Placing an Order
Online ordering is available 24 hours a day. Orders are usually shipped out within 2 days of purchase. Orders received on Friday after 1:00 p.m. will not be shipped out until Monday morning. Items should arrive between 2 and 7 business days after shipment.

Pet's Direct currently accepts checks, money orders, cashiers checks, and credit cards. Credit Cards are accepted through Paypal.
Questions about a Pet's Direct order
Any questions about your order or ordering information can be directed to Customer Service. Our online Customer Service Department will try to handle your questions and concerns in a timely manner. Reply emails will generally be sent within 48 hours after receipt.
